Exchange Policy

At Gizem Apparels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we are happy to offer exchanges within a specific time frame, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • Eligible Items for Exchange

    Size Issues: If the size you ordered doesn’t fit.


    Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged, please send us a video of the opening to claim an exchange.

  • Exchange Process

    Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


    For damaged items, attach a video showing the issue during unpacking.


    Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.


  • Non-Returnable Items


    Sale items and custom-made products cannot be exchanged.


    Gift cards are non-returnable.
